Maryleen and Robert “Meant for you”
We walk in this life as strangers do to a foreign land. At first, life is daunting then slowly, we find our pace and become used to our journey. Over time, we develop our preferences and seek in earnest to fulfill all of them.
We are never meant to settle in this life, we are meant to dream. All the things we do and will do amount to the final picture our lives should look like. God made it so. Though discouraging at times, settling was never in Maryleen’s mind though it was an interesting option. Until she came, Robert was traversing that same path of uncertainty.
Finding someone you can spend the rest of your walk with is valuable; cherishing them daily, our greatest responsibility. It makes our burdens lighter; the darkness less unsettling. It enlivens us.
Here’s Mayad’s humble take on a story God authored and covered in multitude of blessings. It is a picture of grace but is just one drop among God’s ocean of it.
